Your Salon & Spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. If you must cancel or reschedule your Salon or Spa appointments, please notify us at least 2 business days (48 hours) before your appointment time to avoid being charged the full value of your service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule your scheduled Spa appointment and you are within the 24 hours cancellation time, a $25 move fee will be applied to your completed service check.
GENERAL INFORMATION
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted in the Salon & Spa environment or on our property.
A credit card number is required at the time an appointment is booked.
All services are available to child of all ages. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All prices are subject to change. Prices quoted do not include gratuities.
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing: however, please wear whatever is most comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on.
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for gentlemen prior to a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours before your appointment time. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services.
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed, and the full value of your treatment will be charged.
